Return Policy


We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your purchases. But in the event there is an issue of any kind, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll do everything we can to make it right. 


100% Customer Satisfation Returns:

You may request to return your items in unused / undamaged condition for up to 7 days of delivery for free. Please contact us with your order number and item numbers you'd like to return. We'll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return label within 24 hours of normal business hours. Items must be confirmed shipped within 48 hours of receiving RMA confirmation. Orders that are late must re-apply for a new RMA. Late shipments may be delayed or refused.

Remedy: Exchange or Refund including original shipping.


Damaged / Defective Items Returns:

You may request to return any damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery for free. Please contact us with your order number and item numbers you'd like to return. We'll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return label within 24 hours of normal business hours. Items must be confirmed shipped within 48 hours of receiving RMA confirmation. Orders that are late must re-apply for a new RMA. Late shipments may be delayed or refused.

Orders that are late must re-apply for a new RMA. Late shipments may be delayed or refused. Return delivery will be at the buyers expense and must be tracking shipping via UPS, FedEx or USPS only.
