Most full orders are shipped with 24 hours of normal business hours. Please know that occasionally some orders or items may require more time before being shipped. Feel free to contact us if needed.
Shipping service will be at our discretion. USPS, FedEx or UPS.
Although our average delivery time has been 2 - 5 days from shipping, please allow 10 business days for delivery before contacting us for assistance. Most orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking will be added to the order once we receive it.
Orders of more than $150 may require a delivery signature.
Any package damage must be presented to the delivery carrier upon receipt if possible. Otherwise, please notify us of any package damage within 24 hours of delivery. Be advised we will need pictures of all damage as well and any and all labels that are on the package so that we can attempt to dispute it with the carrier. We'll then issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a return label for you to return the package to us for an exchange. We will assist in the re-packaging needs if any are needed to safely return the items back to us.
